Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Obsidianlag. If something is not right, here is how our return and refund process works.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@obsidianlag.com with your order number and let us know you wish to return your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should generally be:

1. Unused and in the same condition as received, accounting for the normal characteristics of second hand or vintage items as described in the listing.

2. In their original packaging, where possible.

3. Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Because many of our items are second hand, one of a kind, or vintage, small variations in condition that were noted in the original listing are not grounds for return.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@obsidianlag.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions on where to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item you received was faulty, significantly not as described, or incorrect, you will generally be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, please contact us and we will work out the best solution with you, which may include covering return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If some time has passed and you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@obsidianlag.com and we will look into it for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from its description, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@obsidianlag.com with your order number and a photo of the item, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
